Hiring procedureI want to become an aariXian, but what to do? 1) You respond to one of our open vacancies or you send us your CV non-committalWe will have a close look at your CV, get in touch and will invite you for an interview. If you are not immediately available, no worries ! We will keep a hold of your CV and we’ll get back in touch as soon as the end of your current contract is approaching. 2) Getting to know each otherAs explained above, we will invite you for an open interview as soon as we see possibilities for someone with your experience and knowledge. On this interview, we will also explain in detail to you who we are, what we do, what you can expect from us, and vice versa of course … 3) The collaborationHooray ! We found a project that suits your perfectly. You are now an aariXian and our collaboration can start for real from now on. 4) Follow / GuidanceWhile you are working on your project, we will follow you very closely, just so you won’t feel left alone. No worries, we are not a bunch of control freaks that will stalk you just to know what you are working on at the moment. We do, however, keep in touch on a regular basis, via phone or through one of our regular company activities, just to know what you are working on and if you are happy with what you are doing, because in the end, that is what it’s all about, isn’t it?! Besides this, we try our utter best to align future projects to your current one, so that you won’t be out of work for too long. |
